Getting Your Sh*t Together with Natasha Vorompiova

This week I got to soak up some systems brilliance with Natasha Vorompiova, the founder of Systems Rock, where she helps her clients break through the capacity ceiling and breathe the oxygen back into their business so they feel comfortable and safe to continue to grow. Her specialty is streamlining and supercharging her client's information systems so that they can finally take full advantage of the data and information they have.I was so in awe of Natasha as she walked me through the 3 critical steps to create sustainable growth. We even talk about the Kolbe assessment and how it pertains to creating systems. This episode takes a cool turn talking about how applying systems can actually be a very creative process!

Some of my favorite takeaways include...

  • What five areas Natasha looks at inside a creative's business to find the gaps and holes.
  • The biggest mistakes creatives are making when they are trying to grow their business rapidly or launch a new marketing system.
  • Why you must start with simplifying your current systems can triple your client capacity.
  • How Natasha figured out that systems were where her creative juices flew the best.
